Director of Operations
Nagle Companies Experience: James is the Director of Operations. James’ previous military and contracting background contributes greatly to Nagle Companies management team and ensures our continued success as a company.
Professional Experience: James retired after 22 years in the U.S. Military (Army) where he reached the rank of First Sergeant, the second most senior appointment for a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. Following his decorated military service, James spent over 15 years in intense contingency contracting environment serving in project management roles in supply chain management (transportation, logistics, services, and procurement) on multi-billion dollar contracts.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor of Arts, Almeda University, Major -Transportation Management; Certified Lean Six Sigma; Certified International Supply Chain Management (CISCM); U.S. Army, First Sergeant Course; U.S. Army Advance Non- Commissioned Officer Course.
Driver and Fleet Manager
Nagle Companies Experience: Frank is the Driver and Fleet Manager. Frank joined Nagle June 2015. Frank’s main duties include communication and coordination of company assets (drivers, tractors and trailers), data entry, scheduling, tracking loads. He also collaborates daily with the Planner and Broker Manager. Over seven (7) years as an Owner-Operator, Over the Road (OTR) driver.
Professional Experience: Over 20 years as Terminal / Operations Manager in the transportation industry. Frank have held various positions during his tenure with other transportation companies.
His most recent role was the Load planner and dispatch manager where he managed customer accounts responsible for creating profit for the business unit.
Education / Certifications: Commercial Driver Licensed (CDL), Forklift Certification
Troy Fritch Sr.
Nagle Companies Experience: Troy is in our Operations Department and began working at Nagle in December of 2018. Duties includes: dispatching, tracking loads, route planning, new hire training and FSMA Compliance.
Professional Experience: Troy was a Tractor Trailer Driver for 25 years with only 4 companies and has worked in driver trainer, dispatch, safety and compliance and ELD logs for the last 3 years.
Education/Certifications: Troy graduated from Clay High School and has an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies and is currently working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Theology. Troy also published his first book in August of 2014 called – Ecclesiastes: The Futility of Life Without God.
Nagle Companies Experience: Dan is a night shift dispatcher and began working at Nagle in November 2018. His duties include dispatch & supervise drivers on loads, monitor assets location and availability, Insure that all orders are properly documented in a “real-time” environment in the computer, etc.
Professional Experience: Dan entered into the trucking industry in 2006 as an OTR driver and has remained a driver until 2018 when he joined Nagle Operations. Dan also has several years’ of experience as a Supervisor in the construction industry and in auto parts retail.
Education / Certifications: ATS Plus School of Business- Administrative Office Assisting Program and certification, FSMA Sanitary Transportation Training, C1 Truck Driver Training, Bedford High School.
Nagle Companies Experience: Michelle is a customer service representative (CSR) and began working at Nagle in February 2010. Her duties includes data entry, scheduling, tracking loads, communicating with customers, etc…
Professional Experience: Michelle professional experience includes community and employee wellness, tobacco cessation, and 8 years of waitressing.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Education, Bowling Green State University, Major- Health Promotion; Certified Health Education Specialist; BLS Instructor with the American Heart Association.

Professional Experience: Brittany professional experience includes internship in the Office of the Provost at Lourdes University as an Editorial and Clerical Assistant, as well as an Office Assistant for the College of Arts and Sciences.

Sarah Jane Zalecki

Professional Experience: Sarah’s professional experience includes employment at Sally Beauty as a Training Store Manager.
Education / Certifications: Dental Assistant Certification, Toledo Dental Academy. Cosmetology, Whitmer High School.
Nagle Companies Experience: Lonnie joined Nagle in 1999 and as the Safety Director has been very active in promoting safety in the trucking industry through membership in several professional organizations and safety committees.
Professional Experience: Truck driver for 13 years, before getting into management. Majority of his experience was in tankers, including cryogenic materials. He began his career in management in 1990 with Flint Ink Corp., where he earned his Private Fleet Manager’s Certification through the NPTC.
Education/Certifications: Certification, Private Fleet Manager’s Certification through the NPTC. Member of Safety Council for both the Ohio Trucking Association and the Toledo Trucking Association, Smith System Trainer.
Safety Administrative Assistant
Nagle Companies Experience: Kitti started working for Nagle Companies – Toledo as an Administrative Assistance in May 2018. Her main responsibility is overseeing the application process of truck drivers, which includes screening, interviewing and background checks. While providing administrative support to the Director of Safety in the Safety Department.
Professional Experience: Kitti has got work experience in Human Recourses field in the United States, Sales and Marketing work experience in Hungary and, significant experience in the Education and Administrative field in the United Arab Emirates.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor of Arts, Kodolanyi Janos College University, Major – English Language and British and American Literature; Bachelor of Arts, Kodolanyi Janos College University, Major – Communication: Specialized in Public Relations.
Terminal Manager/ Recruiter
Nagle Companies Experience: Matt joined Nagle Companies in May 2018 focusing on recruiting, and also managing the Millerstown, PA terminal. His goal is to help grow the Nagle Companies fleet size by recruiting drivers in the Central PA area and beyond.
Professional Experience: Matt worked at H. F. Campbell & Son, Inc. (Camel Express), Millerstown, PA for 26 years and learned about all aspects of a trucking business. After Camel Express was purchased by S&H Express, York, PA on 1/1/2014, he worked in recruiting for 2 years, before becoming the Safety Director for the company in 2016.
Education / Certification: Associate degrees of Business Management and Graphic Design, Harrisburg Area Community College. His outside involvements are with Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association (PMTA), Board Member, Pennsylvania State Truck Driving Championships – Past Chairman, South Central Pennsylvania Works (SCPA Works), Board Member, and HFC/JLC Memorial Scholarship – Board Member.
