Director of Operations
Nagle Companies Experience: James is the Director of Operations. James’ previous military and contracting background contributes greatly to Nagle Companies management team and ensures our continued success as a company.
Professional Experience: James retired after 22 years in the U.S. Military (Army) where he reached the rank of First Sergeant, the second most senior appointment for a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. Following his decorated military service, James spent over 15 years in intense contingency contracting environment serving in project management roles in supply chain management (transportation, logistics, services, and procurement) on multi-billion dollar contracts.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor of Arts, Almeda University, Major -Transportation Management; Certified Lean Six Sigma; Certified International Supply Chain Management (CISCM); U.S. Army, First Sergeant Course; U.S. Army Advance Non- Commissioned Officer Course.
Nagle Companies Experience: Pat joined his brothers and parents in 1986 and has worked in dispatch for 29 years. As the senior planner Pat is responsible for the daily operational transportation planning of company assets as well as brokerage. Pat collaborates daily with the Nagle Fleet and Drivers’ Manager as well as the Broker Manager.
Professional Experience: Over 29 years working within operations/dispatch for the company. Most noteworthy is his role as the senior planner as well as working directly with the customers. He also recently welcomed his son, Zack to the operations department just as Pat’s father did years ago to him.
Education/Certifications: 1983 Graduate of Toledo St Francis and attended the University of Toledo.
Driver and Fleet Manager
Nagle Companies Experience: Frank is the Driver and Fleet Manager. Frank joined Nagle June 2015. Frank’s main duties include communication and coordination of company assets (drivers, tractors and trailers), data entry, scheduling, tracking loads. He also collaborates daily with the Planner and Broker Manager. Over seven (7) years as an Owner-Operator, Over the Road (OTR) driver.
Professional Experience: Over 20 years as Terminal / Operations Manager in the transportation industry. Frank have held various positions during his tenure with other transportation companies.
His most recent role was the Load planner and dispatch manager where he managed customer accounts responsible for creating profit for the business unit.
Education / Certifications: Commercial Driver Licensed (CDL), Forklift Certification
Brokerage Third Party Logistics (3PL) Manager
Nagle Companies Experience: Bruce joined Nagle Companies as the Transportation Brokerage Manager Responsible for the East Coast Fleet Operations. Bruce’s main duties includes communication and coordination of company freight and growth of the brokerage department. Collaborate daily with the Planner and Fleet Manager.
Professional Experience: Bruce brings over 10 years’ professional sales experience, selling a wide range of products and services ranging from tools to truck and trailer refrigeration units.
Education / Certifications: Owens Community college; Associates Degree in Business Management.
Nagle Companies Experience: Zack is a customer service representative (CSR) and began working at Nagle full time in 2012, but started miscellaneous jobs in 2006. His duties includes data entry, scheduling, tracking loads, and communicating with customers.
Professional Experience: Zack has performed several duties while being inducted into the family business. His duties have included forklift operator, warehouseman, yard checker, load tracker and customer service representative.
Education/Certifications: Graduated from Sylvania High School
Nagle Companies Experience: Michelle is a customer service representative (CSR) and began working at Nagle in February 2010. Her duties includes data entry, scheduling, tracking loads, communicating with customers, etc…
Professional Experience: Michelle professional experience includes community and employee wellness, tobacco cessation, and 8 years of waitressing.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Education, Bowling Green State University, Major- Health Promotion; Certified Health Education Specialist; BLS Instructor with the American Heart Association.
Nagle Companies Experience: Lesley is the Lead Customer Service Representative (LCSR) with five (5) direct reports. Lesley started out as a CSR and management quickly noticed her skills and selected her as the LCSR. Lesley brings a strong background in trucking, customer service and data entry knowledge from previous experience. She is responsible for managing the CSRs and ensuring customer satisfaction through improved processes and procedures. She has quickly become a part of the Nagle family and is excited to be a part of the management team.
Professional Experience: Lesley has an honorable discharge from the U.S. Military (Army) after serving three (3) years on active duty, of which the last year was spent in Korea. Lesley spent 7 years in an expediting firm as a dispatch assistance and then worked in Safety and Compliance. She has had experience in accounts payable and was the office manager for a local window company, before returning to trucking.
Education/Certifications: Certified Notary Public.
Nagle Companies Experience: Sue is a customer service representative (CSR) and handles the financial portion of operations and collaborate directly with our F&A department. Sue began working at Nagle in January 2006. Her duties have diverse from recruiter, to CSR, which includes data entry, fuel surcharges and auto rating, OS&D reporting, detention reporting, web invoicing, quality assurance of drivers documents, and communicating with customers and drivers.
Professional Experience: 30 years in the transportation industry. Her duties have included filing Tariffs with the ICC, compiling and reporting IFTA fuel taxes, other transportation tax reporting, obtaining IRP license plates, procuring operating authorities, obtaining temporary permits for over dimensional loads, and invoicing.
Education/Certifications: Scholarship, Monroe County Community College, majored in English and Psychology. Writing Fellowship, Monroe County Community College, tutored students, and tested/scribed for special needs students.
Nagle Companies Experience: Brittany is a customer service representative (CSR) and began working at Nagle in October 2016. Her duties includes data entry, scheduling, tracking loads, communicating with customers, etc…
Professional Experience: Brittany professional experience includes internship in the Office of the Provost at Lourdes University as an Editorial and Clerical Assistant, as well as an Office Assistant for the College of Arts and Sciences.
Education / Certifications: Bachelor of Arts in English, Lourdes University
Warehouse Account Manager
Nagle Companies Experience: Jodi joined Nagle in 2007 and is our Warehouse Account / Special Program Manager for Fujifilm Planar Solutions, LLC and Wanda GmbH warehouse accounts and connected to Fujifilm’s SAP network as part of their supply chain management.
Professional Experience: Prior to joining Nagle as a Warehouse Account / Special Program Manager, Jodi was enrolled in Walgreen’s Management Training Program.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor of Human Ecology, Ohio State University, Major – Financial Management.
Nagle Companies Experience: Lonnie joined Nagle in 1999 and as the Safety Director has been very active in promoting safety in the trucking industry through membership in several professional organizations and safety committees.
Professional Experience: Truck driver for 13 years, before getting into management. Majority of his experience was in tankers, including cryogenic materials. He began his career in management in 1990 with Flint Ink Corp., where he earned his Private Fleet Manager’s Certification through the NPTC.
Education/Certifications: Certification, Private Fleet Manager’s Certification through the NPTC. Member of Safety Council for both the Ohio Trucking Association and the Toledo Trucking Association, Smith System Trainer.
- Nagle Companies Experience: Chris recently joined Nagle in August of 2015 and brings over 30 years of transportation and logistics business development experience.
- Professional Experience: Previous experience includes senior VP of Sales and Sales Manager at Craig Transportation Co and Motor Carrier Services. Chris brings a comprehensive and expansive customer base, established throughout his career, to Nagle Companies.
