Nagle Companies Experience: Pat joined his brothers and parents in 1986 and has worked in dispatch for 29 years. As the senior planner Pat is responsible for the daily operational transportation planning of company assets as well as brokerage. Pat collaborates daily with the Nagle Fleet and Drivers’ Manager as well as the Broker Manager.
Professional Experience: Over 29 years working within operations/dispatch for the company. Most noteworthy is his role as the senior planner as well as working directly with the customers. He also recently welcomed his son, Zack to the operations department just as Pat’s father did years ago to him.
Education/Certifications: 1983 Graduate of Toledo St Francis and attended the University of Toledo.
Business Development Manager
Nagle Experience: Experience: Aaron joined the team in April of 2019 as the Business Development Manager. With a focus on growth and customer excellence, Aaron works with both the truckload team and the brokerage team.
Previous Experience: Experience: After graduating from BGSU, Aaron spent his first 10 years heavily involved in the operational side of the transportation industry. For the past 2 years, Aaron has expanded his knowledge and experience into the sales side of the industry. Aaron has gained an invaluable understanding of the importance of the customer experience.
Education/Certifications: Master of Business Administration, Bowling Green State University; Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bowling Green State University.
Brokerage Third Party Logistics (3PL) Manager
Nagle Companies Experience: Bruce joined Nagle Companies as the Transportation Brokerage Manager Responsible for the East Coast Fleet Operations. Bruce’s main duties includes communication and coordination of company freight and growth of the brokerage department. Collaborate daily with the Planner and Fleet Manager.
Professional Experience: Bruce brings over 10 years’ professional sales experience, selling a wide range of products and services ranging from tools to truck and trailer refrigeration units.
Education / Certifications: Owens Community college; Associates Degree in Business Management.
Matthew A. Roesel Sr.
Nagle Experience: Matt is Brokerage customer service representative in the Nagle Logistics Group. Matt began working at Nagle in January 2019. His duties include data entry, tracking loads pickups and deliveries, communicating with drivers, carriers, and customers.
Professional Experience: Matt’s professional experience includes employment with the United States Marine Corps where he spent 12 years serving in the infantry from 1999-2011. Matt departed from the Marine Corps with the rank of Staff Sergeant and he also served combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Matt has also worked in Ohio law enforcement since 2012. He served as a part-time patrolman for Edgerton P.D. in Williams County from 2012-2018, and he also worked corrections in Williams County from 2012-2018 where he departed as a Corrections Supervisor. He currently serves an Auxiliary Deputy with the Williams County Sheriff’s Office.
Education/Certifications: Military Science, Admiral King H.S. (Lorain, OH). Peace Officer Academy, Northwest State Community College (Archbold, OH). Matt has also been certified in numerous military/law enforcement entities such as SWAT, Less Lethal instructor, first aid and trauma treatment, and self-defense.
Nagle Experience: Amy began working at Nagle in July of 2017 as a Customer Service Representative in the Nagle Logistics Group. Her duties include data entry, tracking loads, communicating with customers, etc.
Previous Experience: Prior to Nagle employment, Amy was a Nonfoods Manager at Food Town Grocery; Customer Service Representative for Kraft Foods; Acosta Foods and Philip-Morris, and later became a Church Secretary.
Education/Certifications: Attended some college courses.
